{New Year, New You, New Moon: A Transformational Retreat}

I invite you to experience the truth of who you are, and all that is, as we seek to remember our magic and our power during another lovingly curated retreat hosted by Heather Sky of Rebelution Yoga & Therapeutics.
Whether you’ve retreated with me before, or you’re ready to dip your toe in for the first time, my annual NY retreat will look a little different this year! I humbly present to you “New Year, New You, New Moon: A Transformational Retreat.” This powerful experience will provide a variety of tools to help you discover & develop your highest self in the coming year. We will engage in breathwork, meditation, movement, moon phase meanings, mindful journaling exercises, and other wellness rituals.
Our 7th annual retreat will be held at a stunning property at the base of the Cottonwood Canyons! Space is extremely limited, as it is intended to be both a potent and intimate gathering. This year participants have the option to attend the day retreat only, followed by an optional dinner for all attendees at Eight Settlers Restaurant & Distillery, or stay overnight and enjoy stargazing under the new moon from the hot tub + morning practice + light breakfast in the morning (4 twin beds in a bunk room available).
