Heather Sky, owner of Rebelution Yoga + Wellness has been hosting yoga in the park for several years, and we’re ready to take it back outside! Grab your mat, your water, your sunscreen, and start your week off right at Olympus Hills Park in Millcreek (right off of 4500 S. and I-215)!
Take a moment to connect your mind and body, and cultivate high vibrations for the week ahead, by learning to shift from a place of DOING to BEING at Yoga for All. This comprehensive practice has been curated to benefit all levels, whether you have no yoga experience at all or consider yourself an advanced practitioner. Classes include a dharma talk, mindfulness tuneIN, intention setting, intuitive movement, and a functional yoga practice.
This yoga offering is for everyBODY… all ages, races, genders, religions, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and experience levels.
