We all experience trauma, and our Yoga Therapy + Trauma Series was created to support participants in returning to wholeness. Series participants will engage in 4-weekly private yoga therapy sessions, 4-weekly meditation sessions, and 4-weekly yoga sessions over the course of a 30-day period. Over the course of our time spent together, we will work toward building a tool kit that will best support you on your path to healing, based on your unique experiences. Upon completion of the series, participants will have up to an additional 30 days to continue their processing and integration work, before meeting for a follow-up & feedback session. All sessions are held on Zoom for your convenience.
